Architectural and Block Information:
The project features a multi-identity architectural design consisting of 24 floors and 10 blocks. There are wide open spaces between the blocks.

Construction Area:
The total construction area is 409,000 m².

The project includes a 100,000 m² indoor parking area equipped with a semi-automatic parking system, ensuring maximum efficiency.

Apartment Types:
A wide range of apartment options are available from 1+1 to 4+1 layouts. Terrace, balcony, and private garden options are also offered.

Social Facilities (All-In-One Concept):
The project includes two separate social facilities, each 1,500 m² in size, featuring indoor and outdoor swimming pools suitable for year-round use.

Structural Integrity:
The project has been designed and constructed in compliance with TBDY 2018 regulations and Eurocode 1 EN 1991 standards. High-strength C40-C50 concrete classes and Grade 420 reinforcement steel were used in structural components.
A stadium-type foundation system was adopted, using C35 strength class concrete in the foundation.
